It helps if the shipping address is correct. Accidents happen and I most likely would have ordered again…. But when it was brought to the merchants attention that they left my apartment number completely off and they had street listed when I live in the Avenues no apology for their mistake was offered, I’m good. Customer service is everything to me. The only reason I received this package is because the postman knows my name. This could’ve gone a different route had it been any other driver.
